The City asked for release of $86,500 held in escrow toward a code lien of more than $300,000, with fines accruing at $250/day (unpaid 1,441 days per staff testimony). It also asked for authority to foreclose.
The magistrate said he would honor any agreement the parties reached. The hearing continued on Aug 25.
